I just purchased the latest version of Calendar Creator due to an upgrade.
When I try to open the old BCC calendar it won't open.
Read a few post with instructions to open BCC files but none worked or had the
icons/options to do the opening, for example..

Click File in the main menu and select Open.

2. In the Files Of Type field, select the type of file that corresponds to the previous version.

• File Type 2.X Event File (*.CCE): Calendar Creator™ 2.0, Calendar Creator™ Plus and Calendar Creator™ Gold Edition

• File Type 3.X, 4.X Event List (*.CE3): Calendar Creator™ 4.0 and Calendar Creator™ for Windows®

• File Type 5.X, 6.X FILE (*.CC5): Calendar Creator™ 5.0, 6.0, 6.0 Deluxe and Christian Edition

• File Type 7.X, 8.X, 9.X (*.BCC): Calendar Creator™ 7.0 and 7.0 Deluxe, Calendar Creator™ 8.0 and 8.0 Deluxe, Calendar Creator™ 9.0 and 9.0 Deluxe and Calendar Creator™ 10 and 10 Deluxe

There is no "Files of type field"
Any help would be appreciated,
John

Calendar Creator won't open BCC files, nor files from any other release.

The directions you read are most likely in relation to an older version.

On the product page, it says the following :

"*Current Calendar Creator Users: The all-new Calendar Creator allows you to easily import your contacts and important dates. Start designing new calendars quickly with built-in templates and 3000 bonus images (please note: will not import old calendar projects)."

If you want to export those important dates and contacts, you'll need to have access to your old program and use File > Export to convert it to a CSV format that will allow this version to read it.
