Hi there,

I am hoping someone can help me. It seems that half my calendar pages have corrupted, where the month should appear, all you can see is the background. I have tried moving it to the back etc, and even removing it altogether, but that has not helped either..

I have spent a lot of time on this calendar so I am hoping that someone can help me fix this.

thanks

Meaghan.

As a precaution, export your events as a CSV file. Then if you can start a new project and it looks fine, you can import the CSV file and recover your work.

As of this post, I've been unable to track down the cause of the blank calendar. If the program starts behaving funny, we have an article on the support site that discusses the complete uninstall of the program.

It can be viewed here: http://support.encore.com/technicalsupport/kb.aspx?kb_id=2093&product_id=3873

Hi there,

Is there anyway to save the whole project, not just the events. I don't want to start from scratch. It seems that sometimes they corrupt and sometimes not, but it seems to be happening more and more regularly, every time I change a page.

I really don't want to lose my work, as i have spent so long on it.......

Is there something wrong with the program itself?

thanks again for your help.

regards

Meaghan.

Thanks Jason,

i did find that article, does that mean if i uninstall that i lose my work? Is there a way to save the work, then import when i reload the software again? The article doesn't say anything about re loading, but I assume that is what I will have to do??

I have spent a lot of time on these projects, so if i can save them it would be very welcomed.

thanks

Meaghan.

All of your projects are saved in the Documents folder under Calendar Creator, so back them up as a precaution.
