My local co-operative extension uses Print Master Version 14. We REALLY need to be able to print out their lists for Budgets, Coop Newsletters, etc by Zip Code instead of by alphabetical order. She uses the mail merge function...puts the address on the label and then prints the whole list. (1800 pieces)

Since these have to be turned into the Post Office in Zip Code order, we really need to be able to print them out this way.

Any ideas?

I have PM11 and it lets me sort the address book records by zip code. Then I can print in this order, too. Have you tried sorting the records? In the Address Book, click on Sort in the Menu Bar.

Thank you Lindarobin! We'll try that and see what happens!
