I drew a map and placed layers on top of that (pictures, text boxes, drawings, etc). I want to be able to copy and paste the entire thing onto another page, but when I try to do it everything moves. I have tried moving different layers forward and backward but nothing works. How can I flatten the image to make it just ONE layer so that I can easily copy and paste it to other pages? Any help is appreciated!!

Use the Group (Ungroup) function. See the program's Help for instructions. Press the F1 key at the top of your keyboard while using the program to access the program's Help system.

Great piece of advice. The group and ungroup function worked perfectly for us. Thanks so much. We can now copy and paste everything as one graphic. Awesome!!
