When printing a calendar using Calendar Creator™, the desired month is displayed on the screen and the correct date range is selected in the Print window. However, the month that prints is January.

Incorrect Regional Settings on the computer can cause this issue. Changing the Windows® Short Date Format (or Style) should resolve this issue.

NOTE: It is very important to keep in mind that, since Calendar Creator was designed for use with ONLY the English language, one of the English languages [i.e. English (United States), English (United Kingdom), English (Australia), etc.] must be selected in the 'Format' section of Regional settings before following the recommended steps below.

Follow the procedure below to change the Windows® Short Date Format (or Style).

Windows® XP

1. Close all programs and windows and return to the desktop.

2. Click 'Start', then select 'Control Panel'.

3. In the Control Panel, double-click 'Regional and Language Options'. (This option is displayed in the Category View mode.)

4. When the Regional Options window appears, click the 'Advanced' tab, then verify that the correct language format is selected (e.g., English [United States]).

5. Click the 'Regional Options' tab, then click the 'Customize' button.

6. When the Customize Regional Options window appears, click the 'Date' tab.

7. Click the down-arrow to the right of the 'Short Date Format' field, then select one of the following formats from the list that appears:

* MM/dd/yy
* M/d/yy
* MM/dd/yyyy
* M/d/yyyy

NOTE: These are the abbreviations: M (Month), d (day) and y (year).

1. Click 'Apply', then select 'OK'.

2. Close all windows and launch Calendar Creator™.

Windows® Vista & Windows 7

1. Close all programs and windows and return to the desktop.

2. Click 'Start', then select 'Control Panel'.

3. In the Control Panel, double-click 'Region and Language'.

4. When the Region and Language window appears, click the down-arrow to the right of the 'Short Date' field, then select one of the following formats from the list that appears:

* MM/dd/yy
* M/d/yy
* MM/dd/yyyy
* M/d/yyyy

NOTE: These are the abbreviations: M (Month), d (day) and y (year).

1. Click 'Apply', then select 'OK'.

2. Close all windows and launch Calendar Creator™.

NOTE: If the recommendations above do not correct the problem, you *might* be able to fix the problem by setting the Short Date Format and the Long Date Format to the following settings:

Short Date Format: dd-MMM-yy

Long Date Format: dd MMMM, yyyy

Even though those Date Format settings are contrary to the recommended settings mentioned above, I have confirmed that those Date Format Settings will work with CC7, CC8, CC9, CC10, CC12 & CC12.1 on WinXP, Vista and Windows 7.
