When Text and/or Graphics display correctly in the Print Preview but either do not display on the Workspace or appear jumbled or overlapping, that is nearly always related to a display issue. And, display issues can nearly always be corrected by following the advice in this FAQ. Update the Video Card driver Click on the link below Updating Video Card Driver: 2000/XP/Vista/7/Mac OS X 10.4.0 and later then follow the directions in that FAQ for updating your video card driver. Deleting Monotype Sorts Fonts If updating the video card driver does not solve the problem, it is possible that the problem is being caused by some versions of the BD Denver & Monotype Sorts fonts being installed. 1. Go to Control Panel. 2. Double-click the Fonts icon. 3. Look for the BD Denver font. If the font is found, right-click on the font file then select 'Delete' in the menu that drops down. Select 'Yes' if prompted to move the file to the Recycle Bin. If the font is not found, skip to Step 4. 4. Look for the Monotype Sorts font. If the font is found, right-click on the font file then select 'Delete' in the menu that drops down. Select 'Yes' if prompted to move the file to the Recycle Bin. If the font is not found, close the Fonts folder.
