Click Export... choose GIF - transparent or PNG - transparent. Then "select a Color of Transparency by clicking a color in the logo".

It's important to note that PNG with transparent backgrounds is not supported in all programs nor in all browsers.

For example, if you import a PNG with transparent background into a PrintShop project, the background will be either white or black. PNG's work fine in most Adobe and MicroSoft programs.

If you plan to use the logo on a website, don't use PNG. Some browsers will simply display the dreaded box with red X.
