The #1 most important rule about entering the Registration/Product Key is that it must be entered EXACTLY as it is printed on the disk or on the back of the manual. * If a letter is capitalized, you must enter it capitalized. * If a letter is in small case, you must enter it in small case. * If one of the characters looks like it could be either an alpha O or a number 0 (Zero), it is always preferable to enter the number 0 (Zero). After you enter 5 characters, you will want to check to see if the - is automatically entered, because if the - is automatically entered, you will not want to enter it again. Before you click on OK, compare the registration key that is displayed in the box to the registration key that is printed on the disk or on the back of the manual. Do not click on OK until you are sure that they are both identical.
