Mail Merge Crash FIX: Print Shop 21 - 10/10/2010 5:04:02 PM    Brandy redux Posts: 2376 Joined: 2/7/2007 Status: offline Problem Freezes during mail merge Solution While using the address merge feature in The Print Shop® 21, the program freezes, or an error occurs while attempting to select merge names. The patch below fixes all issues with mail merge except for the 2 pre-installed address books that ship with The Print Shop 21. All user created and address books from previous versions work as designed.
