In the printer settings, change the paper size to legal. When I go there I get the HP printer window. How would that action communicate to Print shop you want to make a multifold on legal sized paper? If I already have a legal sized project, I would need the printer set up for that size but what about getting print shop to be able to create a brochure on legal sized paper, multifold? When you select the 'Brochure' option in Print Shop 23, then select 'Start From Scratch and click on 'Next', you will see that you have the option of selecting a 2, 3 or 4 panel brochure. After you make your selection, then click on 'Finish', you will see that the brochure will be displayed at the Paper Size which is currently selected for the default printer. If you were to go to File | Printing | Print Setup... , as ellengard recommended above, to change the Paper Size, you would see that the size of the brochure would automatically change to the new Paper Size.
