When I import Microsoft Outlook events into CC, the multi-day banner events only come in as single day events, with only the first day showing. After importing, I can go into the event manually and change it to a banner event, but I should not have to do that. How can I get them all to import in correctly?

Hi ccs,

It is, unfortunately, not possible to import banner events as true banner events - because the import process is designed to import all events as single day events.
