CC12 only prints one month at a time - 1/22/2011 10:26:34 PM    dustypony   Posts: 1 Joined: 1/22/2011 Status: offline Calendar Creator 12 Deluxe: When 12 month calendar was completed, I saved it. Then after setting all the necessary settings (double sided printing, horizontal format etc) I pressed "Print Preview" and it showed only January picture and calender page. It printed only Jan as it had shown. I cannot get it to advance in Print Preview to any other month. How do I get CC to print the whole 12 months at once ? Thanks, L Post #: 1

RE: CC12 only prints one month at a time - 1/22/2011 10:37:00 PM    Brandy redux Posts: 2376 Joined: 2/7/2007 Status: offline Hi dustpony, The default in all versions of Calendar Creator is to print only 1 period (1 month for a Month view, 1 week for a Week view, etc.). When you want to print more than 1 period, you must select the desired Print Range - either in File | Print or in File | Print Wizard. Since the "Print Preview" showed only the January picture and calender page and printed only the January picture and calender page, that would have to mean that you did not select the correct Print Range. To select the desired Print Range, click on 'File' then select 'Print'. When the 'Print' window opens, select the 'Start Date', then set the 'Periods' to 12.
