I am having issues publishing a website to a folder. I can preview the website fine but when I go to publish it I get "error occurred while publishing files" It works every once in a blue moon. I am using Windows 7 professional - 64 bit. I even tried removing all the links and pictures so it isn't an issue with the size of it

Just to confirm, the error occurs when generating the HTML files, not when uploading to your server?

Did you "Publish to Folder"?

Hi bonbon82768,

I can confirm that when a Print Shop 23.1 web page project is Published to a Folder on the hard drive of a 64-bit version of Windows 7, that web page is published successfully.

So, I would recommend that the next time you attempt to "Publish to Folder" that you create a new folder on your hard drive - then publish to that new folder.

If publishing to the new folder does not solve the problem, I would recommend that you click on the link below

http://forums.encoreusa.com/tm.asp?m=24103&mpage=1&key=%E5%B8%A7

then follow the directions in that FAQ for performing a computer cleanup.

cool thanks - I did try that - It was a folder on my desktop however, but I don't think that should have made a difference. I had issues installing the software though, it took for ever and it never install the art cd - the program works fine on a vista 32 bit and xp machine though
