Hi BaTWING_2000, If you will click on the link below http://forums.encoreusa.com/tm.asp?m=41214&mpage=1&key=ꃾ you will see that the problem you are experiencing is very likely being caused by a corrupt installation. And, if you will read that FAQ carefully, you will see that, to fix a corrupt installation, you will need to do much more than just delete the program and reinstall. Instead, you will need to follow Steps A thru C of that FAQ - EXACTLY as described - for 1) Performing a thorough uninstall, 2) Performing a computer cleanup, then 3) Performing a 'clean' reinstall. And, please do keep in mind that, when Print Shop 22 is installed correctly, it usually performs without incident. If performing Steps A thru C do not solve your problem, please post back here and tell me which Operating System you are using and which version of that Operating System you are using. If you don't know which version you are using, go to Control Panel, select System, then look for something which says either '32-bit Operating System' or '64-bit Operating System'.
