Please note that the only purpose of the Encore forums is to provide Functionality ('How to' or 'How does it work') Support - to allow fellow users to come together to help each other with problems related to any software for which Encore provides support.

The Encore forums are not intended to be used as chat rooms or as places for users to post comments or gripes about the software.

Since neither Customer Service, Technical Support nor the Print Shop Development Team monitor the Encore forums, they never see comments or gripes which are posted by users. Therefore, Encore has requested that moderators keep the forums clean by deleting any posts which contain software gripes or gripes about Encore or Broderbund.

Encore has also requested that users be advised to send their comments, feedback, suggestions or gripes directly to the Print Shop Development Team, exactly as is described in this FAQ

How to submit Feedback/Suggestions/Gripes

Please also note that Print Shop 2.0 is not a true upgrade of any previous version of Print Shop. Instead, Print Shop 2.0 is a completely redesigned and rewritten product which works in an entirely different manner than all earlier versions of Print Shop. And, Print Shop 2.0 cannot open any projects which were created with any previous version of Print Shop.
