'Advanced' button isn't selectable for labels - 2/4/2012 2:10:33 PM    aspenbound   Posts: 1 Joined: 2/4/2012 Status: offline I love printmaster, although 2012 is giving me grief. I have it installed, created mailing labels, but the advanced button on that menu, is inaccessible (not highighlighted to click on). Is there a secret to this? Do I need to reinstall the software? RE: 'Advanced' button isn't selectable for labels - 2/4/2012 3:05:49 PM    Brandy redux Posts: 2376 Joined: 2/7/2007 Status: offline Hi aspenbound, I can confirm that the Advanced button is not accessible for 'Create from a Ready-Made Template' or 'Create from Scratch' label projects. However, I suspect that is due to the fact that the only options which can be selected after clicking on the 'Advanced' button are: * Size of Image Area * Paper Orientation * Number of Images per Sheet * Image Layout Adjustment All label projects are designed to be printed on 8 1/2" x 11" label stock, which is always formatted in Portrait Orientation. And, all label projects are designed to print ONLY as a full sheet of labels - without the option of selecting how many labels you want to print. So, even if you could access the Advanced Print options, you would not be able to change any of the default settings. If you would like to tell the Development Team what you think about this situation, please click on the link below http://forums.encoreusa.com/tm.asp?m=40873 then follow the directions in that FAQ for submitting Feedback/Suggestions/Gripes directly to the Development Team.
