If you are comfortable with editing the registry, the quickest way to remove saved Calendar Creator file names from the 'Open an Existing Calendar | Recent Calendars' list would be to go to Start | Run | regedit (to open the registry), find the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Broderbund Software\Print\Calendar Creator\[version number]\Recent File List key, then delete the calendars from there. If you are not comfortable with editing the registry, removing file names from the Recent Calendars list is a bit tricky. First, you must either manually delete the calendar project file from the hard drive or move the calendar project file to a different folder on the hard drive. That is because Calendar Creator will not delete a calendar from the Recent Calendars list until it is made to believe that the calendar project file no longer exists. After deleting or moving the file, attempt to open the file from the Recent Calendars list. When you do that, you should receive a "Failed to open document" error message. After closing the error message window, open any calendar project, then click on the File menu. If you see the same file name at the bottom of the File menu, click on that file name. Once again, you should receive a "Failed to open document" error message. And, hopefully, the file name will be removed from both the File menu and from the Recent Calendars list. If the file name is not removed, you will need to repeat the process.
