Hello,
I have PS 23 and am unable to figure out how to get my huge quanity of projects organized. Originally they automatically alphabatized themselves. But for the past few years since I got a newer operating system, every single project I create just gets listed at the end so now I have to hunt FOREVER just to find a single item. It's killing me time-wise. Any way of MAKING it organize projects into some kind of order? THANK YOU!!!!

What do you mean? You can't organize your projects gallery (in the Print Shop program) or you can't organize files in your Documents folder (in Windows)?

Do you have Win 7? Go to Help and Support, then type Arrange, sort, or group your files into the search box.

Thank you, I'll try that. I should have said I couldn't get any new projects to organize in the project gallery. They all end up jumbled at the end of the gallery, though they are at least grouped into the highest level of organizing (ie: labels, poster, etc.). But I have hundreds of labels and they are a jumble which makes it a huge waste of time finding each one I need to print. Cheers!

Organizing the Project Gallery - OK, that's different than organizing files in your C drive.

Good news... after you create and save a project, you can modify its properties in the Project Gallery, such as the description of the project and keywords you can use to locate the project.

In the Project Gallery, click the My Projects tab.
In the Preview browser, select a project.
Choose Properties from the View menu.
Type a description for the project in the Description box.
Type words to use when searching for the project into the Keywords box.
