as by mistake I got the whole name in one line & fine print in just one day cell when I was trying to fix another problem I made, by the time I was done fixing that problem it was gone and I can't figure out how to do it now as the last problem you help me a lot thank you so much for that

I can't figure out what you are asking. Does this screen capture help? Double-clicking a day cell brings up the Modify Event window. When you type in the description, put in a start time and check Show start time, you will see that info automatically show up in the date cell.

If you are talking about fitting a lot of text in the date cell, the program will automatically shrink the font size to get it all to fit.

However, if it's just a couple of words, you have some control over the font size.
