pm 2012 who's the target user? - 7/24/2013 9:44:08 AM    dmsgma   Posts: 2 Joined: 7/23/2013 Status: offline I have used pm 18 since it came out and wanted to try 2012. When I got 2012 and tried it on my old pc it ran so slow I decided to wait until I got my new pc, which I did this week. I loaded 2012 on the new pc and was pleased with the quick reponses I got; however, this new software does not have any of the features I use on pm 18; ie, address book - mail merge - ease of use to select specific clip art and ready-made projects, which makes 2012 useless for me. I know 2012 is not an upgrade of pm 18, but a new development; although I thought it would have more features and still have the 'old features' from 18. PrintMaster 2012 is a program for paper crafters. Scrapbook/ album pages, cards, party favors, posters, that kind of thing. Broderbund.com now sells Serif PagePlus X5 which has greater business applications. (in reply to dmsgma) Post #: 2

I have made some really beautiful scrapbook pages with this program.
