Sharing on Print Shop 3.5 delux - 1/21/2014 12:52:04 PM    sue2022   Posts: 1 Joined: 1/21/2014 Status: offline I am using Print Shop to create a newsletter that needs to be shared with a group. I have formed this group in the address book but cannot figure out how to put the group in the address line of the sharing form. When I try to put the Email addresses in individually, it will only allow a few addresses. There must be some way to share with a group. What is it? Post #: 1

Unfortunately, there is no connection between the Address Book and the Share By Email feature. If your group is on Facebook, you could use the Post To Facebook feature instead. To email an attachment to your group, you'll have to do it the old-fashion way. Save As JPG or PDF Open your email program Attach the JPG or PDF Send to your group If you can upload to a web server, then the Save As HTML feature may be a good option for sharing your newsletter online. < Message edited by ellengard -- 1/21/2014 3:34:23 PM > (in reply to sue2022) Post #: 2
