my new printer states when I attempt to print envelopes from printshop deluxe 23 that there is a mixmatch issue. I go to the printer menu and change to the #10 envelope, but when I try to print from the printshop it states that I should change the setting back that it automatically resizes the job for me. the printer and printshop seem to be arguing. how do I resolve this disagreement between them?

The Print Shop's envelope project only works properly when the paper size is set to letter. This confuses your printer which can sense the paper size.

The workaround:
Start a new wide oriented BLANK PAGE project. In the Print Setup, choose #10 envelope. The project changes to the envelope size and now your printer should be happy!
