The Address Book is considered a data source and by itself cannot be printed, so one way to print all the data is to do a mail merge. I've done it using a label project (Avery 5160) so that 30 records print per page.

Alternatively, you can open the Address Book, click on a contact, select all, copy and paste into WordPad. (Ctrl-a, Ctrl-c, Ctrl-v) Print the WordPad file. Data is separated by tabs, so no nice columns. That's why I prefer the mail merge method.

edited: I pasted it into a spread sheet program. I got nice columns that way.
