Inserting a pic retrieved from pics in the computer program.
The pic showed in the layout screen, in the print / print preview screen.
However, after clicking the print button, the new screen had showed only one (1) card layout,
instead of the ten (10) card layout. That was fine, BUT the layout, of the card, showed only
a RED "X" in the area that had held the previous pic.

Any answer as to "WHY"?

Thank you, in advance.

Cordially,
REH

If the picture isn't showing up properly, it's possible you "linked" it rather than embedded it. To make sure you embed the picture into the project, use the My Photos button and then click Import to bring the picture into the Gallery so the thumbnail appears. Now click the thumbnail to add your picture to the project.

I downloaded your Lands' End logo and added it to a new business card project. All 10 cards printed fine. If you still have trouble with the print, check your printer's manufacturer's website for the latest driver for your model and OS.
