Where are the Avery template choices? I need, for example, disk label template 8931. I cannot find an option to find that.

... disk label template 8931.

In the Select a New Project window, choose CD/DVD Labels. Then choose one of the 8931 templates. Edit it with your own choice of graphics and text. This can be tricky. Don't delete the circular label graphic - just change its fill color and add a thin border if you use white fill. Then lock it so it doesn't accidentally get moved out of position.

Unfortunately, 8931 isn't provided as a blank template, but you could change the color fill to white, and add a thin border, to each label and lock them. Save this and name it "my blank 8931 template". Then whenever you want to make a new 8931, open this project. Remember not to overwrite it by renaming it when you add your new design.

I asked a question about CD templates (or any label template for that matter) and this was the reply I received: n the Select a New Project window, choose CD/DVD Labels. Then choose one of the 8931 templates. Edit it with your own choice of graphics and text. This can be tricky. Don't delete the circular label graphic - just change its fill color and add a thin border if you use white fill. Then lock it so it doesn't accidentally get moved out of position.

First off, NONE of the templates shown are Avery 8931 and they aren't even close to that template. Can we try a different reply as this didn't help at all.

Sorry, I mistook the 8965 as being the same as 8931

I went to the Avery site and downloaded templates for 8931 and 8965. As far as I can tell, they are exactly the same except the 8931 is shifted closer to the left of the page.

I am not an employee of Encore. I'm trying to help as one Print Shop user to another.

I made this in Print Shop. It can be used as a 8931 template, by making it the background*. Position your graphics and text on the gray areas. When you are ready to print, clear the background.

For best results, apply bleed 2mm past the boundaries and keep text well within the gray areas.

*To apply a background, open the Project Tab, click the arrow on the Fill icon, choose Image... Fill With My Image. To clear the background, click the Clear icon (big red X)
