You have nothing to worry about with the Print Shop 3.5 as far as purchasing it goes. We will refund your money if you're not completely satisfied with the product and in addition we offer live telephone support for technical issues, and offer email support in the event things go wrong so you're completely covered customer service wise :) In addition, our expert forum users such as ellengard , lindarobin and DEJenc3 do a great job of assisting our customers with our products when it comes to creating projects so please do use these forums as much as you need to if you get lost along the way with the new product. There may also be some upgrade incentives to upgrading to a newer version as well so please call our customer service line at 1-800-395-0277 to inquire if such promotions are running and to place an order. We have 3 different versions of Print Shop 3.5 , so when calling let your customer service rep know what you're going to be doing as The Print Shop 3.5 standard has minimalistic features all the way to the king of the printing programs Print Shop Professional 3.5 which has lots of features.
