I've had a terrible time installing the Calendar Creator software but think it is downloaded now.
My problem is the software crashes after a few minutes of use and I lose all the info I've input.
Nedd some advice.

A system crash of this sort sounds very unusual. The first consideration is knowing that you're using a version of Calendar Creator with a compatible operating system. You didn't mention the version of Calendar Creator you're trying to install, or onto what operating system.

You also mentioned that you "think" the software is downloaded. You didn't elaborate on the difficulties you encountered, and it's important to know if the problems could have occurred during the download, since it appears you are able to launch the program, even if it won't continue running properly.
