I just got PrintMaster v6.0 Platinum, is it possible to blur the edges of my photo?
Thanks in advance for any assistance you can give me.

While there is not a specific edge blurring tool, here's a couple of effects you can try that may be suitable.

In the Photos tab, click the Rip button. This gives a ripped effect to all edges, or just the edges you choose.

Make a copy of your photo and click the Photo Shape button. Choose Picture Frame. This gives you the edges of the photo. You can then click the Photo Effect button and apply blur. Position this over your original photo.

For other interesting edges, experiment with different effects on the Picture Frame. Here I used emboss and shadow:
