This program is quite old so support for this product is limited to the support site knowledgebase only: http://support.encore.com/technicalsupport/product_detail.aspx?product_id=2579 Although I didn't see an article that exactly addresses your description, "... has stopped working" happens to me when using up resources by "overloading" my project. e.g. many images, the resolution of the images are too high, many special effects. Also, if there are a lot of other programs running (including start up programs running in the background), resources are already limited. If your program continues to crash, even when you have turned off background programs and taken steps to reduce the file size/complexity of your project, then it may be that the program has become corrupted and requires a clean re-install: http://support.encore.com/customerservice/genericcleaninstall.aspx
