I am using win10 on a hp computer. I have an Epson wf5990 printer. I use A-2 envelopes. I have the latest updates of win10, ps4 and my Epson printer. I can not print a2 envelopes. I did not have any problems with ps23. I have played with this for a week off and on. When I try to print them the only thing that prints is the return address and that is not printed in the upper left hand corner where it belongs. Thanks

What width and height dimensions did you enter when you created this Custom Paper Stock envelope?

I am finding that my printer will print NOTHING if I set it for a custom size, which I did because my printer does not have A2 envelope as an option.

As a workaround, I chose an envelope size that was close and everything printed out.

I found another workaround. I used the program's Save As PDF. Then when I set my printer options to custom and entered the width and height, I could print the PDF just fine, onto the A2 envelope.

I am going to see if using a different printer driver will work better.

You're welcome! Yes, this is a easy workaround. The alignment isn't perfect since the project size and the printer page size don't exactly match, but because this is an envelope, a 5mm misalignment isn't critical. It is also possible to simply group and shift everything on the project, a little to the side or top, to get the printing exactly where you want it on the actual paper envelope.
