I can print a single label just fine, but I am unable to get the start location to properly work. I click on the Select the Starting Position, select a position, and then continue and print. It always starts at the first position. Printshop 4.0 Deluxe, Windows 7, HP printer.

If you have followed the directions on the post but still are having issues with the way it looks your printer drivers might be out of date.

Since you mentioned you have an HP Printer, here is a link to obtain support from them and do a search for the latest drivers: http://support.hp.com/us-en
