ORIGINAL: SteelMan My newest computer is Windows 10, my next one is Window 7 (both of these are 64 bit) and then my old laptop is Vista (32 bit). The program is in 32 bit. Both printers I have are 64 bit printers. I have heard that I can change my computer to compatible (?) mode that will accept 32 bit? Thanks for the clarification on the forum. Not to get too technical but 32 bit programs are backward compatible for the most part with 64 bit operating systems. Unfortunately, due to the way drivers are programmed it's a whole different story when a programmer writes drivers for these systems. Any kind of program you can attempt to make compatible by right clicking on the desktop shortcut, select properties and click on the compatibility tab. Set the OS version for the program, click apply and see if the program works.
