I have been trying to make a card all day. Looks nice but when I save it and when I check print preview, it's a blank form. What is happening to my project? I have even gone so far as to turn off the computer and reboot but that hasn't helped.

Good suggestion ellengard

On the other image that is circled, there would be a message that says an update is available. If you don't see it and it says it's up to date, then there could be another problem. We're here to help if you need it, Just visit http://support.encore.com and type in the correct version of The Print Shop 4.0 you have for support options.

Yes, I have version 4.0.1.0. And the message is that it is up to date. Doesn't say any updates are available..

Is your copy the download or the DVD? If download, then it could have been corrupted during the downloading process. This is often the case when security software is actively running during the download. This can be fixed.

Close the program down. Press Control Alt Delete and make sure that printshop.exe is not running.
If it is, right click on the process and select "End Task"

Go to the Control Panel and select Programs and Features. Uninstall the program.

Once the process is complete, check C:\Program Files x86\ for a Print Shop 4.0 folder. If one is left over, please drag The Print Shop 4.0 folder to the recycle bin and empty it.

Restart your computer and install the program from the file or disc you have. Once the installation is complete, try the program again.
