RE: printing labels - 4/14/2017 2:07:42 PM    Katiejdid   Posts: 3 Joined: 4/14/2017 Status: offline I'm trying to print 100 address labels, ( all different name) avery 8160(5160) with 30 on a page, After I select my names on mail merge from my address book and go to print, it only prints the first page. I never had any problems with ealier versions of PS. RE: printing labels - 4/14/2017 3:26:36 PM    ellengard Posts: 3253 Joined: 10/2/2006 Status: offline If you print to the "Microsoft Print to PDF" printer, you will get an accurate preview of the entire print job. The resulting PDF will show how everything will look without you having to waste ink and labels, if you spot any mistakes. (in reply to Katiejdid) Post #: 7

No problem to print just one card when you close the Print Preview, then print by clicking the Print icon in the Home tab. (in reply to bj42) Post #: 9
