While we would like the programs to work as intended, there may be times where you need to contact Technical Support for assistance.

Below is a list of things you will need and other suggestions to keep in mind before contacting support:

*A copy of the downloaded program. If you do not have this readily available, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-395-0277 or log into your account online to retrieve your order information.

*Program installation disc if it's a physical copy. Please be sure to have your Antivirus / Firewall completely disabled for troubleshooting purposes.

*Any case numbers we may have previously assigned to you.

*Be sure to be at your computer, logged in, and have any problematic programs closed down in their entirety. (Restarting your computer is a good idea if you're unsure something closed or not)

*While not required, a pen and paper is helpful to recall information our support agents have provided during the live phone session.
