Hey y'all! I downloaded Print Shop back in December and for a few weeks, it worked great. Now, I've been trying for for a couple months to try to get it to work again. I've uninstalled, removed leftover folders, reinstalled and still nothing. I either need this program to work or I need to get it replaced with something that will work.
If you might have any suggestions, please please PLEASE post them here!

I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU GET A REFUND WHILE YOU CAN. THIS PROGRAM NO LONGER WORKS AS EASILY AS IT USED TO AND NOW I AM HAVING TO SPEND TIME TRYING TO FIND ANSWERS IN A FORUM INSTEAD OF BEING ABLE TO TALK TO SOMEONE IN TECH SUPPORT AND FIND OUT THE ANSWERS. 2 WEEKS LATER AND i STILL DON'T HAVE ANSWERS. PRINT SHOP NOW OFFICIALLY SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi, Lori,

There is a refund policy for products purchased on the Encore site.

You can create a ticket for technical support or call 763-450-2465. That is for technical solutions for things like installation problems or error message and crashing.

It is not for how to make a project which is what the user manual, video tutorials, and this forum are for.

If you are struggling with trying to make a card or whatever, I'm sure I can help you. I have designed numerous beautiful projects with this program. For example, I did this sample wedding invitation recently.

However, if your program is crashing or freezing up on you, tech support can help with that.



This is made with just two clipart images from The Print Shop.

The Print Shop 4.0 has tabbed interface capability so you can easily switch between tabs. However I've noticed that you can't have the same project open with the same file (more than one occurrence of same file) so a way to trick it is to make multiple copies of the file (One at a time) and renaming each one to trick the program that it's a different project altogether.

Then each project can have a different font and you can click between tabs to see how they look.

Hi, Lori,

Did you ask (tech support) about how to show two versions of the same project to which Jason answered here in the forum?

If so, what I do is add a new page and copy everything into the new page. Then I can try out something different on page two, and easily switch between the pages to see which I like better. Later I can delete the page if I don't want to keep it.
