I have Print Shop 4.0. How do I remove watermarks and watermark text from a photo or clip art?

If you are dealing with a flattened image, the watermark cannot be removed. Not even with Photo Shop. You would have to paint over the watermark, painstakingly and it would probably look like the image was altered. That's why a watermark is effective.

BTW, I don't mean to infer that it would be OK to paint over someone's watermark. It's not.
