Customized the settings in the printer set up for advanced settings. But the setting does not show up in the drop down box when I am in Print Shop. (in reply to JasonC) Post #: 3

If so, your printer options should list that size. What is the make and model of your printer? Can you provide a screen capture of your printer's paper size options? I can tell you that when I go to control panel and open my printer the size is there. But when I open the printer in Print Shop it is not there. Even when I click properties, advanced, paper size. You are correct that the custom large size doesn't appear in Print Shop print dialog box's Paper Size drop-down window. HOWEVER, as long as you selected your paper size from your printer's Properties Advanced options, your 13x19 project will print on your 13x19 paper. To be absolutely sure my printer was going to use the big paper, I also changed the default size to the big paper, from the Control Panel. (in reply to fastfreddytheclown) Post #: 6

Control Panel also gets me to Printers and Devices. Once there, you choose your default printer and change its preferences to a specific paper size. Win 10 must be similar. Do you mean that the printer spooled for a long time and perhaps couldn't handle the huge file size OR the printer didn't receive the print command.
