Can't Start PS Deluxe 6.0 on new computer

I recently purchased a new computer and I installed Print Shop from the
downloaded file I purchased through Amazon that I have used on my old
computer.
When I try to do the register product registration step, it tells me my
key is invalid.

How do I get product support on this from the company?
