I've tried and tried, and created new card stock after new stock and my buisness cards refuse to print out properly.
I want to make them print on the full card, not smaller than the card so it leaves a border.
How do I change the margins of the template so that the design fits on the whole card?

Hi MG,

With the newer versions of Print Shop, it is not possible to change the margins of a pre-designed template so that the design fits on the whole business card.

If you create a Custom Business Card Paper with the Custom Paper Wizard in the Tools menu, you can cause the design to fit on the whole card. But, in order to do so, you must click in the box next to the Full Bleed option while you are creating the Custom Business Card Paper. You will find the Full Bleed option on the same window where the inter-item spacing measurements are entered (Width, Height, Width+Gap, Height+Gap).
