I am very new at this, and cannot figure out how to get the next month on the view screen. I can only get January 2007, but cannot get subsequent months -- I am trying to produce a simple month on a page calendar. Can anyone help?

Thanks --

cecile

cecile,

There are three ways to move from one month to another.

1. Click on the right arrow next to the selected view (month, year, month with tasks, week planner, etc.) in the toolbar at the top of the screen.

2. Click on the 'Select a Date' icon (the one with the magnifying glass on it). After clicking on that icon, use the < & > arrows to move back and forth from month to month OR use the << & >> arrows to move back and forth from year to year.

3. Click on 'View' in the menubar, select 'Go To' in the menu that drops down, then select 'Next Month'.
