Problem

One of the DVD's is not being recognized by my computer.

Solution

This program was designed for both Windows and Mac computers. Due to size limitation, two DVDs were used. Windows XP/Vista was placed on one DVD and Mac OS 10.4.11/10.5.- was placed on the other DVD.

The first DVD, which is for Windows computers only, is labeled 'Windows'. This DVD can only be read by computers running Windows XP SP3 or Windows Vista SP1 and cannot be read by computers running Mac OS X 10.4.11 or 10.5.-

The second DVD is for Mac computers and is labeled 'Macintosh'. This DVD can only be read by computers running Mac OS 10.4.11 or 10.5.- and cannot be read by computers running Windows XP or Windows Vista.
