The Custom Paper Wizard allows custom Business Card, Label, Envelope, Greeting Card, and Post Card stocks to be created.

That Custom Paper Stock is stored in files with the following names:

* USERBIZCARD

* USERSTICKER

* USERENVELOPE

* USERHALFCARD

* USERLABELS

* USERNOTECARD

* USERPOSTCARD

Those files are stored in the following folders:

WinXP

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Broderbund Software\Print

WinVista and Windows 7

C:\ProgramData\Broderbund Software\Print

C:\Users\All Users\Broderbund Software\Print

To back up the Custom Paper Stock, find the subfolder to the Print folder which matches the full name and version number of the Program in which the Custom Paper Stock was created.

For example, if the Custom Paper Stock was created in The Print Shop 23, and if you are using WinVista or Windows 7, you would back up the Custom Paper Stock from either this folder

C:\ProgramData\Broderbund Software\Print\The Print Shop\23.0

or this folder

C:\Users\All Users\Broderbund Software\Print\The Print Shop\23.0

Then, when you are ready to restore the Custom Paper Stock, you would copy the Custom Paper Stock back to the same folders.

NOTE: When files are backed up to CDs or DVDs or other removeable data, the attributes for those files are sometimes set to Read-Only. So, whenever a backed up file is copied from a CD or DVD or other removeable data, it is important to right click on the file, then select 'Properties' in the menu that drops down - to make sure that 'Read-Only' is not selected.
