Hi Lynn76, Since you did not say exactly which PrintMaster product you are using - 2.0 or 2011 - I checked my PrintMaster Platinum 2011. And, I can confirm that the same thing happens for me - instead of printing 4 columns of 15 rows, PrintMaster Platinum 2011 prints 4 columns of 16 rows. And, when I checked the Width and Height settings for Avery 5195 Return Address Labels in PrintMaster Platinum 2011, I saw that the Height setting is incorrect. The actual Height of an Avery 5195 Return Address Label is 0.660", while the Height of a PrintMaster Platinum 2011 'Create from Scratch' Avery 5195 Return Address Label is 0.667". And, my PrintMaster Platinum 2011 will not allow me to change 0.667" to 0.660". Since it would appear that you have discovered a bug, I will report this problem to Technical Support. Unfortunately, there is no way for you to work around this 'Create from Scratch' problem. So, in order to create and print Avery 5195 Return Address Labels in PrintMaster 2011, you will be required to select 'Create from Ready-Made Template'. One very strange thing about this problem is that if PrintMaster Platinum 2011 were actually printing 4 columns of 16 rows at a Height of 0.667", with the standard 0.550" margin at the top and bottom of the page, it would not be possible for all 16 rows to fit on one 8 1/2" x 11" sheet of paper. Another very strange thing is that you are the first person to report this problem. And, that makes me wonder if this problem occurs only for versions of PrintMaster Platinum 2011 which have the 3.0.71.76 patch installed. So, I would very much appreciate it if you would post back here and tell me exactly which version of PrintMaster 2011 you are using. To find your version, please click on 'Help' in the PrintMaster 2011 menubar, then select 'About PrintMaster' in the list that drops down. Then, look for the version number in the lower right hand corner of the window that opens.
