Prints font too small - 12/15/2011 12:50:05 PM    KP   Posts: 1 Joined: 12/15/2011 Status: offline Hi- I am trying to print my calendars and when I change the font sizes they look okay on the screen but when I print they are barely readable. I am using sizes 10 and 11 and have tried various font styles but when they print they look like they are a size 5!! Please help Post #: 1

Open a Calendar Creator project. 2. Click on 'File' in the menubar, then select 'Preferences' in the menu that drops down. 3. Click on the 'Overflow' tab. 4. Change the number in the 'Reduce the font size till' box to AT LEAST 10. If the font size is still reduced to a very small number, you must keep in mind that when there is more than one event in a day cell, the program will automatically reduce the size of the font - in an attempt to fit all events into the day cell. And, increasing the 'Reduce the font size till' size will increase the likelihood of overflow - because fewer events will fit in the day cell. And, if the project you are creating is smaller than 8 1/2" x 11", you will need to keep in mind that the size of the font is not always the size that Calendar Creator selects for the font - because Calendar Creator doesn't handle smaller projects as well as one would hope. So, for smaller projects it is sometimes necessary to select a much larger font size, then view the print preview to see how that larger font size is managed by Calendar Creator.
