Editing Merged Text - 12/18/2011 10:29:38 PM    4dallison   Posts: 6 Joined: 12/14/2011 Status: offline Hello. I'm working on creating envelopes from a mail merge. Once the merged address is on the envelope, is there a way to edit the text? I can change the font size, etc. of the text, but I can't edit the actual text. I know I can make changes to the address in the Mail Merge Address Book, but it would be great to also be able to edit the the address right on my envelope. Do you know if this is possible? RE: Editing Merged Text - 12/18/2011 11:49:58 PM    Brandy redux Posts: 2376 Joined: 2/7/2007 Status: offline Hi Debra, If your Address Book data was entered into MSAccess, then you created a mail merge project with MSWord, you would be able to edit any of the text during the Print process.
