I just purchased 23.1 as I did not like version 3.0, preferring the older version but had to buy the 23.1 for Win 7.

The program disk installed fine no problems, but I cannot get the 2nd CD art disk installed at all. I followed the on line help instructions by clicking on modify, add art disc content then inserted the disk. I got the error 1301 but the disk is new and clean, I did wipe it anyway, but no dice.

How do I get the art disk installed on Win 7 64 bit system.

If it doesn't work, can I dump the contents into a file on the hard drive.

many thanks.

Let's check to see if the disk is readable. Start a test project and select a template that requires the Art disk. When prompted, insert the disk. If the program cannot open the template, then it's likely the disk itself is damaged.
