I’ve got a customer who is trying to print CD labels using Printmaster 2012 Platinum. So she’s selected the 4.72x4.72 sized CD template and inserted her artwork onto there, but when she goes to print it the CD template disappears and it just prints it out as a regular A4 picture. I tried to do the same thing on my system and encountered the same problem. Any suggestions?

Are you trying to print onto Avery CD label #5692, 5694, 6693, 8696 or similar? (two round labels and CD case spine)

If yes, select one of the ready-made templates of this number. This will ensure proper sizing and placement of the print onto your label stock.

What you did requires manual sizing and placement of your artwork. You need to do this via the Advanced Print Options:

It is also important to select your paper size. Normally, for Avery labels, the correct size is "letter".

Here is an example of the ready-made Avery CD templates that I mentioned. Change the text and graphics to your own liking.
