The instructions here can be modified to work for any size envelope, as long as the height and width are the same in the envelope project, the print set up and the paper size in the print dialog box.

In this example, I use a "Monarch" envelope, width: 7.5, height: 3.87.

  1. Start by opening a ready-made envelope project with a design that you like.
  2. Edit>Change Project Size...
  3. In the dialog box, choose Custom and type in the width and height.
  4. The envelope in the workspace adjusts to the new size. Make your image and text edits.
  5. File>Print Setup...
  6. Change the Paper Size to match your envelope, make sure Landscape is selected, minimize your margins.
  7. File>Print at Home...
  8. In the Print Options dialog box, make sure the Paper Size matches your envelope.
  9. Click the Preview button.
  10. In the Print Preview dialog box, if all looks OK, click the Print button.
