Sorry, it only syncs with Microsoft Office Outlook.

If you will click on the link below

http://forums.encoreusa.com/tm.asp?m=39106

you will see that, "Even though some packages (and some advertisements) for Calendar Creator Ultimate Organizer, Calendar Creator 12 and Calendar Creator 12.1 both say that it is possible to sync with Outlook, that is not possible. Calendar Creator Ultimate Organizer and Calendar Creator 12.1 can sync only with a Palm."

Sorry, CC is a pretty old program. Who uses a Palm device anymore?

Very True. The 'sync to Palm' capability was originally designed in CC 10, which was released in 2003. Unfortunately, the 'sync to Palm' capability did not work correctly for everyone until CC 12 was released. And, with the exception of the release of CC 12.1 (which did not make any changes to the 'sync to Palm' capability), there have been no major upgrades of the Calendar Creator software since CC 12 was released in 2005.

It's probably a good thing that nobody uses a Palm anymore, because the CC 12 'sync to Palm' capability does not work with the newer Palm software.

For my own use, I'm using the Yahoo Mail Calendar to have a synchronized calendar on the iPhone. I don't attempt to include all the events that I have on my Calendar Creator calendar, but I choose events like appointments that I want to have available when away from the computer.

The Yahoo Mail Calendar and Google Calendar work well for the purpose. The iCloud calendar also works, but I haven't bothered with it because it's not possible to import or export events.

I gave up on the Palm Pilot some years ago when there was no longer software for it (at least the model I had) that was compatible with Windows 7.

You would think there would be an app on the iTunes store for organizational purposes. At least that's what I found on my Android Phone.

As you'd expect, there's no shortage of calendar apps for Apple devices, paid and free. The flaw in Apple's iCloud calendar for sharing is that iCloud won't open on Android devices (at least without a hack or additional app). That, along with the lack of import/export capability that I mentioned, takes it out of consideration for most purposes.
